Nelson was involved in the scaling of businesses such as iRIS, Axcess Canada and Facewatch.

Steve has over 25 years of experience in disruptive financial services working internationally in Russia, South Africa and The Gulf.

Steve is a member of Executive Committee and previous chair of the Governing Board Forum of the Global Alliance for Banking on Values (GABV) and is also on the board of Centenary Bank.

Belinda has over 20 years of finance experience in the technology and services sector with a track record of delivery in both blue-chip corporations and entrepreneurial organisations.

She is also a qualified accountant with an MBA from London Business School.

Paul has 20 years’ software development experience and a track record building and leading engineering and operations teams across start-ups, SME and FTSE100 companies. He has experience in a wide range of sectors from financial services to hospitality and specialises in platform development across AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure. Paul has an Executive MBA from Leeds Business School.

Jody has over 25 years’ experience in financial services and fintech marketing in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Jody has delivered success for both start-ups and scale-ups, with a keen focus on customer outcomes and sustainability.

Matt has 16 years of experience in global banking and technology, working and advising in both larger established banks and challenger environments. He brings to the team a wealth of knowledge in retail banking, structured finance, trading, business intelligence and business relationship management. Matt holds a BA in International Relations and European Economic Policy.

With senior technology roles at RBS, including CIO International Banking, and as the former CEO of AIM listed software house Lombard Risk, Alastair has 28 years’ experience of banking, financial services, technology and software delivery. He has extensive international experience coupled with a deep insight into the way that digital solutions are creating disruptive opportunities in the industry. Alastair has an MSc in Information Technology and a first degree in Economics.

Miles has over 30 years of experience in banking and finance, including his role as Chief Executive Officer of Raphaels Bank, Managing Director of Southern Finance Company and Sales Director of Singer & Friedlander Finance Limited. Miles has worked in board positions for over 21 years and brings extensive insight into growing financial services companies through diversification, as well as vast lending experience.
