For 30 years, Steve has worked in inclusive banking, delivering affordable and accessible retail financial services for society’s poorest, with organisations including The Big Issue Foundation, GE Money, Centenary Bank and Ecology Building Society. He chaired the Governing Board Forum of the Global Alliance for Banking on Values (GABV), and was named Director of the Year at the 2024 UK Fintech Awards.
Belinda Wrigley
Chief Financial Officer
Belinda has over 20 years of finance experience in technology and services, with a track record across both blue-chip corporations and entrepreneurial organisations. She is a qualified accountant with an MBA from London Business School.
Paul Payne
Chief Technical Officer
Paul has 20 years of software development experience, building and leading engineering and operations teams across start-ups, SMEs and FTSE 100 companies, in sectors from financial services to hospitality. He specialises in platform development across AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure, and holds an Executive MBA from Leeds Business School.
Matthew Breadon
Chief Commercial Officer
Matt has 16 years of experience in global banking and technology, advising both established banks and challenger brands. He brings deep knowledge of retail banking, structured finance, trading, business intelligence and business relationship management, and holds a BA in International Relations and European Economic Policy.

Alastair Brown
Non-Executive Director
Alastair brings 28 years of experience in banking, financial services, technology and software delivery, including senior technology roles at RBS (including CIO, International Banking) and as former CEO of AIM-listed software house Lombard Risk. He holds an MSc in Information Technology and a first degree in Economics.
Miles Roberts

Miles has over 30 years of experience in banking and finance, including as CEO of Raphaels Bank, Managing Director of Southern Finance Company, and Sales Director of Singer & Friedlander Finance Limited. He has held board positions for over 21 years, with deep experience of growing financial services companies through diversification and lending.
